Embroidery Time LTD offers embroidery services, including but not limited to custom embroidery on apparel, promotional products, and corporate merchandise. The scope of services, including details of any specific customizations, will be outlined in your individual order or agreement with us.


3. Orders and Specifications

  • Order Placement: All orders must be placed through our official website, email, or in person at our business location. Once an order is placed, it is considered a binding agreement between you and Embroidery Time LTD.
  • Order Specifications: You are responsible for ensuring that all details, including design, size, color, and quantity, are accurate before placing your order. Once confirmed, changes to the order may incur additional charges.
  • Approval Process: If your order involves a custom design, we will provide a proof for your approval before proceeding. Any revisions or changes must be requested promptly.

4. Payment Terms

  • Pricing: The prices for our services are listed on our website or quoted based on your specific order. Prices are subject to change, but we will honor the quoted price at the time of your order.
  • Payment Methods: We accept payment by credit card, debit card, bank transfer, or other methods as specified. Full payment must be made before services are provided unless otherwise agreed in writing.
  • Invoices: We will issue an invoice for every completed order, which will include details of the services provided and the corresponding charges.

5. Late Payment Policy

  • Payment Due Date: Payments are due in advance or by the specified collection period. If payment is not received within this period, we may suspend services or delay delivery until payment is made.
  • Merchant Initiated Transactions: In the event of an outstanding payment exceeding twenty-one (21) days from the due date, we reserve the right to initiate a Merchant-Initiated Transaction (MIT) to recover the outstanding balance. By using our services, you consent to authorize us to charge your payment method on file.

6. Delivery and Shipping

  • Delivery Times: We will provide an estimated delivery date upon order confirmation. Delivery times are subject to change based on production schedules and external factors such as shipping delays.
  • Shipping Charges: Shipping costs will be outlined at the time of checkout or in your order confirmation. Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. Embroidery Time LTD is not responsible for delays due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

7. Returns and Refunds

  • Bespoke Designs: Due to the custom nature of our embroidery services, we do not accept returns or issue refunds for completed orders unless the items are defective or the error is on our part. Please contact us immediately if there is an issue with your order, and we will work with you to resolve it.
  • Haberdashery: Items must be returned within 7 days in their original, unopened, and unused condition.

8. Liability

Embroidery Time LTD is not liable for any indirect, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. We do not guarantee that our services will meet all of your expectations, and we limit our liability to the amount paid for the specific service provided.


9. Intellectual Property

  • Design Ownership: All custom designs created by us are the property of Embroidery Time LTD unless otherwise agreed upon. You retain ownership of any logos, trademarks, or other intellectual property you provide for us to embroider.
  • Use of Designs: We reserve the right to showcase completed embroidery designs as examples of our work in marketing materials, unless otherwise agreed upon.

10. Privacy Policy

Your privacy is important to us. We will only collect and process personal data as described in our Privacy Policy, which you can access on our website. We will not share your information with third parties unless required by law.


11. Termination of Services

We reserve the right to cancel or suspend any services, including orders, if we determine that there has been a breach of these Terms or if payment is not received within the specified time frame.


12. Changes to Terms and Conditions

Embroidery Time LTD reserves the right to modify or update these Terms at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website, and the updated Terms will be effective immediately upon posting. We encourage you to review these Terms periodically.

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England & Wales, and any disputes arising from the use of our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in England & Wales.
